The
family behind this family owned restuarant is Darin, Dawn,
Jake & Julia
LeBoeuf.
Darin is a Certified Chef de Cuisine through the
American Culinary Federation. He graduated from Delgado's
Culinary program and has worked in many fine dining restaurants
in New Orleans & Metarie for almost 20 years.
Dawn & Darin
owned and operated a catering company/take out restaurant "Acadian
Catering Unlimited" on Metarie Road for 4 years prior
to opening PETUNIA'S PLACE. Dawn graduated
from L.S.U. in business and handles the office.
Jake & Julia are growing up in the business and act as
host or hostess from time to time or just plainly make a mess.
